I'm in the same boat, I sent them an email to the address at the bottom of the email. Will update with their response, but it is the same issue - I can't download to wallet. I also can't see the tickets in my normal ticketmaster account.

I emailed the address at the bottom as well. Will see what happens.

I really hate to not buy through GT, but they make it so hard and I know it isn't their fault all of the time, but the seats they get are horrible.

You could see him getting better with every game this season. I wish he had 1 more season...I think he finally "figured it out" this year. He would have been a MONSTER for GT next year.

Got mine and transferred 2. I recommend you download and save your tickets before you start the transfer. Have to send them by text through the ticketmaster website. Easier to do it on your phone, but I had no troubles. Section 144 row P will be in White & Gold!

Still haven’t gotten an email with my tickets. Called ticket office today and they said if you put a deposit down you will be getting tickets… hoping so!!!
