Really, you call some "after the refs decided the game" make up calls to be your version of "it went both ways"? Sorry, they had no momentum after the half. We were to have the ball at the 50 and ended up on the 2. Not only that but the ball hit the Vandy ***** in the foot, should have been ruled dead there at the worst. They failed to review the video, blew the call on the field, blew the PI when we had them stopped, no-called the horse collar holding on their TD & on top of that flagged our coach. It's hard to blow that many calls consecutively, let alone in 60 mins.

The one PI I agree with you on, but I thought it got made up later. We just got beat.

I don’t know how a gunner on a punt team, after being blocked toward the returner, can tackle him without the ball and take him to the ground, keeping him from covering the ball.

Seems to me there’s a penalty there for defensive holding. You cannot tackle a player w/o the ball. If you’re blocked into him, you have to try to avoid him or run into him, but you cannot tackle him. That’s a bogus call that directly affected the game.

The good: Jamal had a heck of a game.
The bad: HK was off tonight and secondary had issues with coverage in red zone.
Refs were awful.
We lost.

Borderline. He was pushed into the runner, albeit not very hard, but just enough to draw the flag. No push, no flag. No way they're going to call defensive holding after the push.

Dude, we get it. Philo. We heard you the previous 10 posts on this thread. Yes, he’s gonna be good. Yes, we’re glad to have him. But when the games on the line, and we have a healthy King, he’s gonna get every snap. I mean, did you watch COFH? THAT’S why King is on the field every snap. He’s our best player. Period. Now, if Philo wants to portal (hope he doesn’t) because he didn’t play in the bowl game, fine….but if you’d ask Philo, he’d probably say… yeah, King is the man, and he gives us the best opportunity to win. Sometimes, I wish we had a fan portal!

ball also bounced off his foot which should have downed the ball on the 20 even if you dont call kick-catch interference

The hold on our DB was a good call, but it should have been offset by a blatant offensive holding.

The PI on Tatum was horrid. At no point was the receiver impeded even if Tatum never looked for the ball. Just a really bad call.

I am dumbfounded at the punt return penalty or lack thereof. Just because a defender has his hands on the gunner does not give the gunner carte blanche to tackle the returner. I have no idea what the crew was thinking. That call cost us nearly 50 yards and completely changed the game.
