USC came to our house and left a broken team. Their fan boards and the LA media were in a 5-alarm meltdown after losing to us. They were No. 11 at the time.

We were competitive with Penn State until their last possession. A highly questionable pass interference call on their final scoring drive had a huge impact in their game. We lost by 1 point which sucked. We also scored the most points on them by any team till that point in their season. They were No. 4 at the time.

After a ****ty first half we came back AT Michigan with the chance to go ahead on an onside kick. We made the kick but the side judge made a very questionable offsides call that negated the play. The B1G permanently changed the rule around where the officials line up after that call and game. Unfortunately they did not pull the flag. Lost 24-27 but consensus was we had a great chance to score or at least tie to take to OT all taken off the table by the penalty. We thought Michigan was better then but the rest of their schedule showed where they fit in the B1G+. Plus they did beat O-H-I-O State...

Yes, we went off the tracks against Rutgers and lost to North Carolina. That said, I watched the UGA-GT game and saw us in spades. That is meant to be a compliment. Did not see Miami-GT but you guys did the job.

Agree with Sluggo. Certainly there are better targets for GT and good luck. Hope you get them. That said, I think a rematch to 2018 would be a good watch. All signs point to Minnesota in the Mayo. Hope Tech can do better but if not let's play for the BLT Trophy

We say "Ski U Mah!" You say "Sting 'Em Jackets!" What's not to love about football?
Damn Gopher and I was sure that Tech was the only team to routinely get shafted by officials in big games. Hell, ya'll get worse from the Big Integer officials than we do from ACC zebras.

Yep, most of the enthusiasm is on where and not who...and of course where determines who the who will be. There's a poster who has specifically named no GT in response to me who prefers VT or Duke. Another poster questioned why no love for you guys but that's about it.

I guess it goes with the territory of being a middle-of-the-pack team in an 18 team conference with 11 bowl tie-ins. Our excitement level is not being in Detroit, New York, or Phoenix...and we had a shot at Florida until we lost against PSU...

Guess we'll see on Sunday.
I know why he doesn’t want to play us… cause we kicked UGAg’s sorry tail up and down the field until the takedown order for our QB was issued.

SMU is in the playoff after that. Committee would burn college football to the ground keeping them out.
This is the test. SMU with the OT loss. Texas with the OT loss. Both now 11-2. Both ranked higher than their opponent.

Who stays and who goes? Also, will UGAg get the F$U treatment for losing their starting QB?

Correction: they’ll spend an hour on why the SEC needs 5 to 6 teams in. Plus Alabama
Format outline
15 minutes on strength of schedule and how good Vandy was this year that Bama just barely lost to
15 minutes on common opponents Alabama beat South Carolina - South Carolina beat Clemson - Clemson beat SMU. You make your own conclusions of Alabama or SMU.
15 minutes on how great Alabama has been in the past
15 minutes on how some worthy teams will be left out - like South Carolina and Ole Miss and maybe tokenly Miami just to sounds fair but gosh darn some good teams have to be left out - no mention of SMU
Waahla - Bama in and SMU to the Pop Tarts
