I have a suspicion that Derry will play early & often.

I am all for guys who have the size and skills playing early especially on defense. I know Garrett and Derry both have the size to play as freshman I just hope we could get experienced players in the portal to mix in the rotation with everyone because injuries, quality experience, etc

We have Malik, Stockton, and Canion - if they all stay. Those are the main guys next season and all can catch the ball. Plus whoever transfers in.

Tae Harris could come in and play anywhere in secondary including that safety spot... Plus we apparently are in running for Safety CJ Heard and hes legit as well. It could be crowded there too quickly don't care where he plays as long as it helps overall depth. Can he get up to about 240 and be a rush edge lol
