So, I agree you cannot know where 13 guys are 100% of the time. But you can reduce their contact with high risk individuals when they are in athletic department facilities (e.g., the locker room). An adult who is hanging around a college gym or coming to team practices every day is more than bit weird unless he has a role with the team or is in a designated visitor area. I cannot imagine a scenario where a visitor could walk around unescorted at the Bell Labs building where I worked. Would not have happened. Ever.
