I would take the highs and lows of his tenure 10 times out of 10 vs. the mediocre 6 or 7 win seasons we got with Gailey. The highs were sweet, and worth the lows in my opinion.

If he does retire, I'm glad TStan is in charge; he'll get the right guy, whether it's a CPJ tree guy or some young up n' comer. It's not like we have MBob running the show.

If it's indeed true, I'd prefer we grab Monken. He understands us but he'd have the right tools with Graham and LJ to open up the attack. But that's just me.
