Correct. But he still had to anticipate it. So in other words in 2004 he didnt know he would be gone in 2008. So even though didnt affect him he had to make sure we complied.

With that said, its not nearly as punitive as people make it out to be. We do well in it and i think shows we can take a bit more leeway with who we admit to increase the pool. We have a good support staff now, and word is purely legal, our kids are more than prepped for tests.
