The more that I'm thinking of this, Godsey as OC makes a lot of sense. Was at UCF under O'Leary (half our staff has connections to O'Leary and/or UCF, along with Stansbury. Would likely be willing to take OC without making wholesale changes to staff (Key is here unless he quits, and don't wanna lose Choice). Has also coached every position group except OL and WR, which offers flexibility in case you do want to make a move for say, Corey Dennis as QB coach.
Dolphins are 12th in passing yards this season with an awful O-line and no running game, and currently on a 4 game winning streak.
Also, apparently he was a CS major at Tech so that's a plus in my book as well.
Collins doesn't have the luxury of a rebuild anymore, so you need someone who can immediately gel with offensive staff and get to work.
