Odds are not looking good with 2 days to go.
I think James Banks (basketball) was approved hours before a game and the season had already started. It isn't likely, but possible.

No reason all 3 of our guys shouldn’t be eligible
At least we are still in it. Under Johnson it would of been no question they are sittingGT doesn’t play the game as well as other schools.
Yeah. Great call. No question. Johnson would never have thought to appeal. Surprised Johnson could even tie his shoes. At least we are still in it. Under Johnson it would of been no question they are sitting
And another thread heads over the abyss....thanks to those that cannot let CPJ RIP (retire in peace).Yeah. Great call. No question. Johnson would never have thought to appeal. Surprised Johnson could even tie his shoes.

It is hard to tell these days......Believe you might’ve missed some sarcasm there.
SEC gets a 1000 mile radius. Everybody else it's 100.423 miles from Leesburg to Knoxville. Well over the 100 mile radius.

FWIW, Solomon's initial waiver was denied about a week before our guys, so his appeal was filed about a week before ours. IF our guys get waiver approvals, I can 100% see NCAA doing it next week sometime. SMH.It is hard to tell these days......
But it wasn't directed at the poster I responded to....but to the poster @gt02 was responding to. Guess I could have made it more clear.......still need coffee this morning.

I’d be more surprised by a favorable result on appeal than an upset over Clemson Thursday.

VT just had a player denied his appeal as well. His house was 105 miles away from campus and his mothers cancer was in 2017 and she is recovering now. It's not just a GT thing to have players denied.

Schools need to leave the NCAA and start from scratch. Things have gotten so bad that no oversight at all would be just as good as the NCAA BS.
Well please explain how you still think there is any consistency in what the NCAA has done and is doing? It’s pretty clear to me there is little consistency. The 100 mile radius garbage is pretty obviously garbage.
