Our team is played solid and King was very careful to just dink and run. Plan is to keep getting healthier as we head toward bowl game. Expect more called plays for other qbs. We should be able to run the bawwl and defense should get violent. With limited King TEAM can win big against ncst.

It got mine - I went and looked and they are very up and down on run D. Clemson, Tennessee, and Stanford all ran for 200+ yards on them, but they have several games like Duke where their opponent couldn't run much.
Duke only rushed for 74 yards on 20 carries against the Jackets. They're rushing for less than 100 yds. a game and a 3.2 average per carry on the season, so their poor showing against the Wolfpack is probably more about Duke's puny rushing game than NC State's rushing defense.
Then you’re going to be disappointed. If King could throw downfield you would’ve seen it during the Miami game. When he threw screens it looked like a shot put not a pass, so we should assume that he won’t recover until the off-season.
After miami he is planning on improving by thursday but focus is on slow and steady.
True dat, but the score was close enough...too close for comfort it would seem. My impressions in watching Duke and NC State was that Duke was superior on both lines. NC State, it would seem, has disappointed its fans that expected a top 25 or so team.
I am being hopeful. You could be right. Some injuries take a long time or there may be intervention. I personally am dealing with a strained knee from golf and it is taking forever to heal. I have hopes he is recovering week to week and his injury is healing. We will nor know until Thursday night.
Watching the game, I was impressed with the Wolfpack tackling but not impressed with kicking four field goals. In this day and age, that kind of thing tends to get you beat. Duke scored TDs while the Pack was kicking field goals.
NCSU has had several good teams the past few years. We really need to beat them to get the best bowl possible.

last year we had trouble until we beat Virginia in Charlottesville which IMO was the true turning point of last season.
Assuming play tough in lose to uga, i agree against ncst we must win to not go to a crappie bowl.
Injuries are part of every team's season. To make a fair comparison on where we would stand you would have to do the same for the other 16 Conference teams.
