Good luck and thank you to Woody.
Who is coaching our D for the bowl game?

Yes, I am uneasy about losing Woody.Sure hate to lose him. I think he did great things with what he had in only one season. Whoever Collins brings in had better be good.

We, if this hire were to fail badly, and Tech is saddled with a multi year payout.....I think a new AD would be a given.I don't think TStan goes back to the 30, even if Collins fails. I think it would take a new AD for that to happen. Just my guess.

Previous DC is now the UNC DC. Army had some pretty impressive defensive stats this past year.
Regardless of when CPJ decided that retirement was a possibility, Roof left (was not fired), so what were we supposed to do, go without a DC?Huge CPJ supporter here. I really hate that Woody was approached at all given CPJs apparent lean toward retiring. I don’t think this decision (CPJs) suddenly came upon him, as he said he almost left when Bobinski was here.
I’m sure Woody would be at Louisville with a lot bigger salary
You think?Betcha CPJ put in a good word.
Guess you didn't see Army play.Bad defense is a tradition at UNC that they are desperately trying to uphold.
I will not recognize any coach of the year until they recognize Monken. I would not be surprised that any day that make him a 4-star and hand him the academy. He has that whole world wide community so pumped, and has made the Army-Navy game a real rivalry. Because Army stuck with him through two bad seasons, one really miserable, 2-10. Even then he almost beat Navy.Did the Army DC get a better job, as they played great.??
I think Woody was headed towards the disciplined but aggressive pursuit Army showed especially with the strong safety lb positions. I am excited to see Army stepping up.
GO ARMY

I am pretty sure Johnson got Woody a 2-year contract. And knowing his reputation, laid possibilities out.Regardless of when CPJ decided that retirement was a possibility, Roof left (was not fired), so what were we supposed to do, go without a DC?
