I was told there were plenty of them losing their breakfast during the first day.

and is anyone surprised? I recall losing my breakfast a time or two in years past!

Fyi, for those who don't know what coaches run are it is 5:30am circuit station. The players are divided into position groups and go through 5-6 drills things ranging from short shuttle to run the hump around a hoola hoop picking up/ dropping a towel. In order to go to the next station the coach at that particular station must give you a "thumbs up"
