His hard work is going to get him in the league for a nice career I believe. Where's Robert Carter these days? That move to Maryland ended up not helping him at all on draft day. At least he got his degree at Maryland. Think he could have been drafted by the Hawks or Denver but they wanted him to go overseas for a year. Well in the end, he ended up signing with an Italian team & did end up overseas. Don't think whoever was advising him did him any favors.

Georges-Hunt has appeared in 15 straight games, and he’s earned five or more minutes in eight of those. That includes 11 minutes in Wednesday’s 104-88 victory over Oklahoma City, in which the 23-year-old tallied two points and three rebounds to help the Timberwolves distance themselves from the Thunder in the Western Conference standings.

On Tuesday night, Georges-Hunt made a triumphant return to Amway Center, suiting up for the Northwest Division-leading Timberwolves against the cellar-dwelling Magic.

“[He’s brought] toughness, which is what we needed,” said Tom Thibodeau, the Timberwolves’ coach and president of basketball operations. “[He’s] a great practice guy, a great teammate. [He’s] young and getting better.”
