Odd game, was winnable. We gifted two TDs one backwards pass and blocked fg that bounced right into Lville players hands. Then that weird pass interference play where ball bounced up and went into Lville WRs hands for TD. Some questionable redzone calls as well. Ultimately our inability to run up middle cost us game. We have to be able to get 1 yard running and could not do so multiple times.

Disappointed, everything fell apart tonight
Stop running the bawl up the middle if it hasn't worked all game
More disappointed in some of y'all ready to burn the place down over a bad game.
We got a lot of season left , bye week now to rest and re group.

The sky isn't falling , vent and log off for the night

Passing D was bad. Running D looked solid. D didn’t end up with too embarrassing numbers because they were barely out there for the end of the game. But props for the safety but the O play calling wasted the chance before that led to it and the one it created.

Very odd game. Never felt like we were in control yet we led every offensive category.

OL run blocking was…idk even know what to say…I don’t even know if we were trying out there…that was as bad of effort as the Collins days.

Key once again proves he’s a terrible game day coach. Birr has missed every long kick from the right hash all year, you call a timeout to decide to kick it instead of going for it, from guess where? The right hash…blocked/TD…ball game.

Don’t have to worry about Faulkner being poached anymore. Just picked up a huge first down, can’t run the ball, decide on 1st down to run a QB run, loss of 4 yards, killed momentum, killed the drive. When you can’t run/scheme more then 2 run plays the whole game, I don’t think many people are coming for your OC.

We will struggle to win 6 games with this coaching staff this year.

Still a young program.

Winning the offensive stats is a score effect mirage since they were both playing with the lead AND got 14 points without their offense on the field to get there

Which isn’t to say that our passing game was bad or that our run D was bad… but the other two units were bad despite those Louisville offense stats being a bit muted
