Long Update Over On Rivals

I had a 1 month trial and although I don’t always agree with how Kelly Q acts, the guy does a great job about getting info out early and it’s accurate. It’s just a matter of do you want to wait or get it now. I’ll also add there is a good bit that doesn’t always get out, and that’s from only a month that I noticed that.

I'd like to do a slight revision of my post that started the thread where I said "if you’re a fan of GT "...just to be clear, I hope nobody takes this to mean you're not a real fan if you're not a member of Rivals. I didn't mean to make it sound like a fan-measuring contest. What I should have said is that if you're a fan of GT AND you're an information junkie I think there is real value there. In the link I posted, to me there were surprises at the QB, WR, BB, S, OL and LB positions.

I’m too cheap. It’s all mostly speculation still and if I want to spend money on speculation I’ll just invest in some stocks.

On a side note. For those praising AJC coverage, shouldn’t that coverage be just as good as anything provided by a site such as rivals? Is KQ granted access not given to other members of the press corps?

Sorry for the bad joke, but I felt like I had been "rick rolled" when I opened the thread expecting a bunch of new and exciting info on GT football only to find a commercial for Rivals.com. :rolleyes:
