I have to agree that our coaches need to display more positive reinforcement. No, they aren't in the business of babysitting and praising, but positive reinforcement can go along ways. If you continuously play down the kid, then he'll begin to believe he's not that good. Confidence can be the difference between winning and losing. Someone mentioned that they are glad I don't run our military, but GT football isn't the military and neither is college football as a whole. For once in a while, smile and have fun CPJ. And for once in a while, shower these kids with praise and help them instill confidence (even if they aren't playing all that well).
