I'd hate to be our next opponent

Right after the INT I got this feeling like there's not a damn thing those mutts could do. We were going to ram it up down their throats. I haven't felt like that since the Orange Bowl. There's been some times this season where I thought our offense was humming pretty well, but nothing like just after that INT. We were going to score & I think as nervous as we always are playing those lucky morons in our hearts everyone knew what was coming.

The hounds have been released gentlemen. Someby's butt is going to get royally kicked in December. ADs are running for cover trying to duck us lobbying for any bowl that doeesn't have GT in it. This offense is going to administer an *** beating the likes we've not seen in 2 years. The defense better man up because there's not going to be much time to sit on the bench at the speed we're going to score.

Go Jackets!

I really thought we were going to score too, until first and second down inside the 10. Then I was just hoping to score. You are right though, we weren't to be denied. That last offensive play with Qua says it all. What a Herculean effort that was. I am trying to think of a single play in this series that outdoes it and I can't. The focus in his eyes in one of those mid-air shots was war-like. Games like this can be built on, especially with the young kids we have coming back. There is something special about getting it done when you have to. The next time in the fray, we will have this to draw on.

I think everyone will remember it as The Play. And you are right ... it will serve as an example to others that Tech comes to play.

That run by Marshall to the right side on the final drive. That was sheer determination.

Once we had 1st and goal on the 6, I had no doubt we would score. There was a part of me hoping we's score on 4th and goal to take more time and really needle the mutts. I knew as long as we got the ball within 2 yards or so on 3rd we's be able to punch it in on 4th.

It's impossible for me to imagine Justin Thomas losing his last game at GT!

Ehh...pretty easy if you try. Joe did it...Calvin did it...Nesbitt did it

Need to play well no matter who we play in bowl season or else we will get beat.

To me this was the play that set the tone of the drive. MM deserves more credit than he is getting for this play. He wanted it and it showed.

Agree. If not for the leap, we'd probably be hailing MM for his beastliness at the end of the game.

My son described it to me as one of "incredulity". Wonderful play.

I'm kinda' glad Searcy didn't throw it to JT even if JT wasn't as guarded as he was. That sun was at a bad angle and you know how we are with bad sun angles at that time of the day in November. :)
