Here is a stat for you, Atlanta is the 17th most dangerous city in America.@kg01 Just applying Liberal dog whistle logic to a racially inflammatory question.

What list are you looking at? The one at https://www.neighborhoodscout.com/blog/top100dangerous doesn't even list Atlanta in the top 100. The closest would be East Point, GA at #32. And of those most dangerous cities, the majority of them are democrat bastions. Also, https://www.cbsnews.com/pictures/the-most-dangerous-cities-in-america/50/ doesn't have Atlanta listed in the top 50.Here is a stat for you, Atlanta is the 17th most dangerous city in America.
I didn’t see Atlanta on the list, but one thing’s for certain they’re all Liberal cities with the exception of Anchorage. It leans slightly right so you boys own 24 of the Top 25. Congrats Liberals! Here is a stat for you, Atlanta is the 17th most dangerous city in America.
You learn a LOT about your fellow posters in the Lounge. It's probably best if you have a drink (or five) before venturing to the Lounge...

You need to evaluate the criteria. Also, you need to look at violent crime density within the City. You'll find that both Georgia State and Georgia Tech are in very low crime density areas. Here is a stat for you, Atlanta is the 17th most dangerous city in America.
Since no service I have found even ranks Atlanta in the top 100 most dangerous cities, it's all meaningless, other than that Tech and State are both in low crime areas. You need to evaluate the criteria. When I was at Tech, on campus was extremely safe. Just outside of campus was also pretty safe, unless you were walking home with your iPod/iPad/iPhone out at 3am (oh how many robbery reports we got over emergency sms system about these on 10th Street). You need to evaluate the criteria. Showing my age here, but when I was a Tech, it was the Okeefies who made things unsafe both on and off campus. Fortunately, Tech absorbed Okeefe HS and most of the surrounding neighborhoods where those punks lived.
Love super, but this made me laugh out loud literallyView attachment 7792
Don't lie to us. The Okeefies looked like this didn't they.
We know how old you really are Super .

I do go there for GT athletic events, i am a grown man not a 20 year old. Did any of you see 11 Alive news this morning. I rest my case. When I was at Tech, it was sketchy, if not dangerous, just off campus.
30 years later, my daughter went there. I had a suburban neighbor ask me how I could let her go there. I asked when the last time he was in Midtown was - years ago he says.
Well, I said he should go visit, and then decide.
So gramps, you should go visit, and decide for yourself.
BTW - she got a Biomedical Engineering degree, from the #1 program in the country. She is doing quite well, has several patents, and was as safe as she would've been at any campus in America.
