There's a section called "Championships by School". Next to "Clemson" there's a number 14. Not 18.
Per Wiki, GT didn't enter the ACC until 1978 and even so, wasn't eligible to enter into the ACC championship til 1983. Since 1983 Clemson has had 5 ACC championships and GT has had 3 (Yes, I'm counting that 2009 championship).
Looking at the data, your "national program" had a nice 20 year dry spell between your two most recent ACC championships (1991 to 2011). Nice.
