We are a different team since we went away from our usual PGs. It is hard to put into words how amazing MGH has been transitioning into that role after having played the 2 or 3 for his entire career. It is pretty much equivalent to asking a boxer to switch to southpaw and just try and make it work. We are better for it and he is completely unselfish. To solve our problems long term we need to find a PG, but for right now we need to collectively thank that young man. Great job Marcus, you have lifted this team.

His NBA stock is rising this season. He is like a versatile Iron Man out there, physical and aggressive.

This kid is like an Olympian. Composed (for the most part) under pressure; a media relations dream; unselfish, stand up and solid guy; and strong enough to dig deep and do what the team needs to win a game.

Plus a true student athlete. I love it.

Played with a shorter bench, with our usual PGs playing a "breather" role instead of primary distribution role. Sometimes you just have to ride your best 5. Good to see us win 2 in a row against good teams. Happy for our players.

Wow, we actually got a win at end.hard to believe that ND didn't double-team MGH at end and allow a one one one.
-the secondary drama to beating a good team is the obvious--how bad our regular PGs are and what happened when they don't play --
-MGH is a WARRIOR of the first magnitude!
