Golf team just won a three day event against good competition in Florida. Looks like another very good team again this year.

Always seems we have a competitive team, but not many make it to the tour or remain there for any length of time.

Currently in 6th at the Southern Highlands tourney in Vegas. Round 3 is today. Three teams tied for 3rd ahead of us (2 strokes back). Kuchar- 22 years
Cink- 27 years
Tringale- 13 yrs
Hadley- 12 yrs?
Werenski- 8 yrs?
Whaley- 5 yrs?

Mize had to be on the tour over 20 yrs, Duval probably 15 with 10 of those struggling.

Not sure what happened to Molder, Matteson, Castro, Reeves, Albertson, Thompson, Schneiderjans x2, Strafaci, etc

It's crazy how competitive professional golf is now when a player like Ogletree can't make it thru Q school.

I was just checking in on the Watersound Invitational. GT started the day in 2nd place; 8 strokes behind Vandy. As of this moment we are 19 under par for the day and have forged into a tie for 1st at 35 under par. Our final three players are on holes 17 and 18 (along with the Vandy guys). No matter what happens, it is impressive as all get out!

Now 20 under par for the day; still tied with Vandy at 36 under par! This is with our number 1 guy's score not being counted.

I typed too soon. Now 21 under par and in solo 1st place. Our number 3 (Steelman) went 9 under for the day.
