I woke up and checked my phone several times. Finally just got up around 6:15. It feels like when I would wake up on Christmas morning as a kid, but my parents wouldn't let me come downstairs yet because the presents weren't set up.

So far the turnovers are in our favor this season, and the blockers and ball toters are heading in the same direction, mostly. The confusion on a couple of occasions I can understand this early and with freshmen. But yep, let's see if we can return to the days of yesteryear -- 2014 -- and coming out to stick the ball in the end zone on first possession.
