Gotta tell you, I thought the Tech unis for the NC game were outstanding ! Would like to see them again as road uniforms .

Drab??? The all blues we wore in the bowl game were drab. These were outstanding looking, and even better when seen from the stands.

No doubt you do realize the visiting team does not get the first choice to wear dark jersies on the road.

Flat gray is definitely drab. The onyx gray used Saturday had a sheen to it and was definitely not drab. You might not like the uniforms, but they were far from drab. I expected them to be drab myself and was very pleasantly surprised.

The Gold just really seemed to pop against that onyx background.

I liked the different GT logo on the hat, but somewhat hard to see from stands.

Totally agree on how the gold popped against that onyx background. Frankly, I didn't even notice the GT on the helmet, which in a way proves your point.

It’s only because they wore regular practice tops and not actual game jerseys. You’d be hard pressed to find a baseball team that wears white practice tops.
