How long does a defender wait before "Green Dog", i.e. to make sure the back isn't just chipping and then leaking out to the flat?

In addition to what's already been said, what really stands out is that the VPISU offense didn't challenge us. It's like nobody from VPISU ever set foot in the 5 yards in front of the line of scrimmage (exaggerating).

Our linebackers and safeties could run free.

Contrast this to our O where we always have a blocker at the point of attack, and nearly always have someone hitting the MLB and safeties.
