Maybe that says more about the rest of the OL than it does about Defoor ???? Just saying.....FWIW, Defoor has been our highest rated OL the past 2 seasons.

Agree. Moves well for a ( very) large man.Since we're just talking about future OL lineups for 2021, I think Leftwich has potential to make an impact as a freshman like Williams did this year. However, I don't think he'll get the playing time as it'll, hopefully, be less needed with Cochran, Quinney, and Williams available at Tackle.
Always. What ratings do you see that Defoor was our best OL ? Can you elaborate ?Interpret it however you'd like.
isnt Vaipulu a center. Why did he not play this year?@Ibeeballin mentioned earlier the center play was atrocious possibly worst in the ACC.
According to who? Not being a jerk but seriously asking because that’s not what I’m seeing.FWIW, Defoor has been our highest rated OL the past 2 seasons.
I would assume he was not ready. It would be very difficult to be a true freshman and start at center.isnt Vaipulu a center. Why did he not play this year?

Can never have too many quality linemenwhat? Lol
Never too soon. When is the last time we've had an OL with this much NFL potential at once?Wow ! That is some GREAT news ! This along with Johnson, Williams, Cooper , Minihan, Clark, Quinney, Pendley, and more , plus several R-Fr. should be a noticeable
improvement next year . Is it too soon to start getting pumped for next year ?
Yessir !! it's really been the only holding us back from making huge strides on O. IMO. Breakout year for Sims, Gibbs, Mason, Griffin, Camp, Ezzard, Sanders, Devaney.Never too soon. When is the last time we've had an OL with this much NFL potential at once?
Spier is playing center from the 2020 class, but they like to cross train to find the best 5.isnt Vaipulu a center. Why did he not play this year?
This is not wrongCan never have too many quality linemen
If Kenny Cooper gets 100% healthy, I'd expect to see him at center. He played a heck of a 4th quarter against Duke despite being down injured at least 2x during the game. He was playing with a mean streak and, most importantly, his snaps were on target. Sims had to pick way too many snaps off the ground this season. There were a few times the snap delayed the read on the QB option play and allowed a DE or LB to disrupt the play and cause a loss or a fumble.isnt Vaipulu a center. Why did he not play this year?

I just saw 2021 draft analysis by Tony Pauline that had Quinney at #367 prospect 6th round, Defoor #1129 prospect FA.
