Wow, that means if we go 2-1 this weekend we could be in 2nd place in the ACC.

So we are consistently inconsistent?

We'll be testing @eokerholm ability to shade good karma on the team as @FredJacket , @SnidelyWhiplash and I have failed. All we need to win the series is
  • better pitching (season 6.5 runs per game allowed (203rd)),
  • more consistent run production ( 3 of last 10 games 1 or fewer runs, but average 6.3 runs per game),
  • better fielding (season 1.4 errors per game, 241st),
  • quicker hook on pitching, and
  • fewer baserunning errors.
All I can confidently predict is that we will not make it easy. We do need to get better every game but we are running out of games already. Seems like a much shorter season than before with only 10 regular season games to go.
