Clemson has a good bit lower RPI @82 than us @26. But they started slow. Last three ACC weekends, 2-1 over UNC, 2-1 over BC and 2-0 over Fluke. Where Clemson has had problems are the mid-week games to some extent. Lost to UGAg twice including 0-7 this last Tuesday. http://warrennolan.com/baseball/2015/schedule/Clemson

Clemson is going to have problems finishing out the season. First @GT, then Louisville and finally @FSU. There are going to be a bunch of teams in the middle of the ACC when tourney time comes.

I had been thinking about how to get to Omaha this year if we made it. Looks like that won't be a problem. {I'm trying to stay positive here!}

AJ Murray catching - Pabst still hurt. That will cost us a run or two this weekend with Pabst's ability to throw out runners.

Kel is DH.

WREK has made the Clemson starter - Crownover ( http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/profile.asp?P=matthew-crownover ) sound like the second coming of Cy Young. Plus with Erwin starting tomorrow night, the end is nigh. http://www.thebaseballcube.com/players/profile.asp?P=matthew-crownover I guess the excuses are set.

We haven't won a series over Clemson since 2010.......

Pabst being out already hurt us. AJ had a catcher's interference on what would have been a first out. Instead runners first and second to start second.

0-0 though. We just got an out ...... both pitchers with a lot of pitches in the first. King had 26 in the first alone.

And AJ just dropped the ball at home on a throw that had the runner. ...... ump called it out and then changed since the ball came out. 0-1. Error AJ. Hope Pabst gets back soon.

Time for a movie.

Regular King, Pitts, Gold lineup. They'll need some hitting behind them and fielding. We have been playing bad baseball, but can play much better. It's baseball and most anything can happen. I'll stop here and just say Go GT!

I think any chance of decent seeding went out the window after last weekend. We'd probably have to finish very strong to get a #2 seed.

Good outing by King. The outfield arms have picked him up let's see if the bats can do the same.

Using a pinch hitter to attempt sacrifice bunt. Wow talk about moves you only see in college baseball. I hate this move.
