That's not exactly uncommon. CPJ brought mostly his Navy staff with him. Coaches tend to bring the people with them who helped make them successful.

There were coaches that Collins tried to hire who went elsewhere—Marco Coleman wasn’t a first choice, but came in after a more experienced DL coach said “no”

Good recruiting for sure but limited years as fb coaches.
