Dang. Fire Candeto then.

Lol...this photo has no context whatsoever. Could be that he was faking an option pitch when this was taken.
I can't remember the QBs name, but he played for Ball State a while back. This guy was one of the most accurate QBs that I remember seeing and he didn't put any fingers on the laces. He just held the end of the football. I really don't think it matters how you hold the football as long as you're accurate (which TQM isn't).
And, another pic...
Troy Aikman would throw the ball with the laces in the palm of his hand. Dang, he might’ve been a good quarterback if somebody had just showed him the one and only way a quarterback should grip the ball.I can't remember the QBs name, but he played for Ball State a while back. Show the clip of the play, not just a still shot. This pick is worthless w/o context.
Exactly, I really don't believe that the way you hold ball makes a difference. It's your other mechanics that matter and just whether or not you have an accurate arm.Troy Aikman would throw the ball with the laces in the palm of his hand. Notice the grip on the football.
Of course he didn't forget...plenty of pics of him at QB showing him holding ball correctly. That was from when he was playing A-Back. He should probably move back to that position. I applaud his ball security. Why did he forget about it when he moved to QB?
