I’m pretty certain “holding” involves using your hands and/or arms. The guy didn’t put his hands on him.

The video shows that he tripped and wasn’t even looking at Brad when he first touched him - he was looking at the ground. The images you posted just show him trying to correct his fall.

But that still is holding then =) Pass interference may imply intent, but holding is illegal use of the hands down field impeding a receiver. I can't see how this is isn't that.

So he was trying to break his fall (see photo 1) by catching Brad around his waist? What a coinkidink!

Where he is looking - and I couldn't tell that from the photos - doesn't make that kind of contact, especially of a guy who had him beat going down field and who had just made a big catch, anything but holding, imho. And it happened twice in one play. The "refs" - and I use the term loosely - were asleep most of the game.
