So being #12 in the polls and having one of the highest graduation rates and APR doesn't qualify I guess.

If you read the article, he is basically saying that it is ridiculous that CPJ was not a finalist, but Richt was.

Yeah, Bradley's column is definitely one of shock that CPJ is off the list while Richt is on it. His column is what has made me question the role that the CFA Bowl people have on the list.

Well, I think it's [emoji243][emoji90] and looks like most of y'all agree. The Dodd award is supposed to be for the coach whose team excels in the classroom, in the community and on the field and I think think this team has been exceptional in each area.
