Took me a minute to understand too. But it wasn't a 10% chance. They are saying the win probably on a scale "1-10" is a 6. So I assume that equates to 60%.

I can buy that 60%. And I’d give whoever wins the Auburn/Coastal game all 40%. (Is ‘d give that game 60/40 to Auburn.) I don’t see FAMU winning, and I don’t see a team coming back from a loss. GT, Auburn, and Coastal are too good. Coastal scored 80 runs in their tournament LOL.

I think I'd prefer that. With our team, at our own park, I like our odds in a slugfest.

What I don't want is one of Auburn's star pitchers to return and shut us down like in the UNC game.

Really good D1 summary as usual.

I think Coastal is better hitting but worse than Auburn fielding and pitching. I'm really glad those two get to play first and have to their best pitchers. The loser is very very unlikely to win.

Good weather this weekend, wish it would be hotter for the day game.

I think the most important thing that can happen today (besides Tech win) is that Auburn and Coastal both chase each other's starters off early, and force a lot of bullpen innings tonight. That will show throughout the regional.

Coastal is coming in hot, after winning 5 games in a row following an opening-game loss in the Sun Belt Conference Tournament.

They are a scrappy bunch.

Coastal is either poor defensively or very nervous. Balk and a WP in 1st inning and they behind 2-0. Auburn looks solid.

Auburn’s best pitcher starts tomorrow. If he is healthy, Burns is a stud and better statistically than anyone in our staff. He scares me. I’m rooting for Coastal big time today.

Solid Auburn crowd, smaller Coastal crowd....overall stadium is maybe 40%-50% filled (WAG)
