Yeah if Ender hits well it will up his trade value for sure I could see the Astros,Twins,Yankees,A's or Cubs trading for Ender to have extra bench depth for the Playoffs

Trivia: Anthony Rendon was drafted out of HS in 24th (IIRC) round by your very own Atlanta Braves. He decided to play college ball at Rice & parlayed that into 1st round (6th overall pick) when Washington drafted him in 2011.

Also... if you're an ACC baseball fan... the Nats have 3 ACC guys. Trea Turner (NCST), Sean Doolittle (UVA), Ryan Zimmerman (UVA). Zimmerman is longest tenured pro DC athlete among big 4 sports...just barely edges out Alex Ovechkin.

Ok. I'm going to say Scherzer won't be pitching this series. TV just showed him long tossing today. After a toss... he grimaced & shook his head (frustrated/disappointed kind of gesture), then immediately shut it down. Didn't look good.
