I don’t like it one bit. I’d rather see a Bryse Wilson take the start. He’s been doing well and has an option(also, on 40-man roster). Send Touki down for a start in the minors.

Mike Foltynewicz reminds me of Craig McMurtry who pitched for the Braves from 1983-1986 and was a big time up and coming starting pitcher after going 15-9 in 1983 and he got injured and never recovered.

If the walks continue, Snit. &Kranitz should ask him to drop the change and try the Bullpen. I felt last year he could be another Smoltz and I still feel that way. Not to alibi, however he didn’t really get a Spring Training. Although by now, he should be over that.

Poor Sliderman. Did he really ask for the Closer role? Now we have A.J. Minter to share in the joy of some 9th inning fun. Sliderman 2, a/k/a Folty, has given up 15 dingers in 1/4 th of the innings it took him last year to give up 17.

On a positive note, Drew Waters had 4 hits yesterday. Love you Saint Nick, but this is your last swan song. Merry Christmas as the sled mashes the snow into Waters. Christian will be praying for you, when he Pasches his way into the other OF spot.

Drew Waters has a bright future ahead. I hope it's with the Braves but i wonder if he could be a part of a future trade down the road?

Donaldson plays a mean 3B, man. Had no idea he was this good of a player in the field.

My thoughts on him was feast or famine at the plate either HR or K (which I still think), so I wanted nothing to do with him. As someone said earlier I'm starting to really like him.
