Braves interest in Dallas Keuchel is overstated per David O Brien, and Joel Sherman. Atlanta will not “pony up” the 11.5 m. prorated amount of the 17.9 m. for 2019.

Riley(in less than half as many games)has more HR’s and RBI’s than Donaldson for the season in Atlanta, who has been hitting cleanup since Austin arrived. They paid 23 m. for him. A.R. is also hitting 100 points higher in B.A. than Josh.

And yes, we like many other teams, need pitching and are scouring the early market for them.

Disappointing the Braves didn't make a move to bolster the bullpen, will probably be our achilles heal for this season.
Gausman with his second consecutive rough start, Fried and Folty have also been suspect ... scary !!
Folty starts tonight against a currently hot Miami team who have won 4 IAR, we have had their number but my feeling is the Braves roller-coaster continues.

I agree with you on the Bullpen and sketchy starts of late. I fear Bumgarner would cost too much in return. Keuchel would have been a better value.
