I totally agree, Mike. Even against lefties. The probability of Duvall on the postseason roster is imminent because of his versatility and defense.

Hope we wrap it up this weekend. I want to see Duvall, Ruiz, Adams in the lineup. Touki, Allard, Wilson, Wright on the mound. If a regular starter needs to toss an inning or two, let it be in relief. We all need a break from the bullpen next week.

Why do the media people sound so pissed off that the Braves are about to win the NL East and not the Phillies or Nationals? Is it because it doesn't go with their narrative that the Braves are a year or two away?

The posters on the Philaphans message board sound pissed off about how bad Jake Arrieta is pitching. They say the Phillies are on the hook for 30 million dollars for the next two seasons for him.
