One more thing is who in the football programs is going to be the first to lawyer up. step forward, and roll in order to save their own neck or plea bargain for lesser penalties/sentencing. Or will it be a high chip recruit who gets really nervous and calls th tip line because they know they are guilty and want to be the first to give their side of the story.

Wow! UL just lost ten stars of recruit ranking. And they were the leader for two other 5* recruits. All washed away. But you have wonder how much money it took to wash all those stars ashore.

15 stars if you count Bowen being suspended indefinitely which will eventually lead to his dismissal.

This issue may also cause a up tick in recruits signing with their team during the early signing period to prevent a coach from pulling their offer to sign a higher rated player that is "all of the sudden had a change in heart" on where they want to play.

On a completely different level. It is a matter of perspective for coaches who a doing it the right way. They will be subject to lengthy meetings with ADs to provide documents or statements on their recruiting strategies and documents. Thus losing valuable time when they could be recruiting or coaching. HOWEVER IF THEY CATCH THE BAD GUYS and make a example of them then it is ALL good!

No need to guess. Cam Newton got $250k from Auburn. Or, his dad did and Cam knew "nothing about it"
