This is the kind of OAD that I really dislike. The kid had an OK year and showed signs of real talent on occasion. Some team will draft him on the dreaded "potential" and stick him in the D League for 2 or 3 years. I wish these kids would stay in college instead of going to Butte, MT to play NBDL, but I also understand they want to get paid.

Yeah, just like that pg from S'Cuse who's name I can't recall. I mean, sure he's in the league but the reality is he won't do much past his rookie contract.

Frank Jackson has Ennis envy.

I actually think all of these kids declaring goes beyond getting bad information. Is there really that much bad information, or are the kids starting to become willing to play in the D League, or something else? I remember seeing D League contracts are increasing.

That pun is offensive.

With all the call ups this year from the NBADL and the expansion of it someone is selling these kids on making a living playing basketball and blah blah blah. You don't have be a lottery pick to make a living. You can get paid while you learn without midterms unlike college

When he didn't bother to play the 5 on 5 part of Chicago, you had to figure he was getting very positive feedback. If you look at his shooting stats there he seems to be a really good potential pick and pop 4 or 5. He is not a lottery pick but I expect he will be a first rounder to someone in the bottom half.
