ACC was the best this year hands down. There ain't no argument about it.
I watched it. They were terrible on both sides of the ball. Seemed to be motivated, but couldn't do anything right. QB and Conner got injured, but they did squat before that. What happened to Pitt? Did anyone watch that one? I can only guess that they didn't want to be playing Northwestern and played a flat game as a result. What a weird year for them. Beat two of the best teams in the country and lost to Northwestern.
Well, they were a little better this year. I put that down to a conference-wide sense of shame over the pitiful excuses for D we've seen out there recently. Used to be that nobody but Stanford even made a pretense of playing D seriously. I guess that the Cardinal winning the conference a couple of times changed what they refer to as their minds. Now at least Washington tries to play D too.Look at B12 defenses!???
But they were playing weak ACC teams.I wish the talking heads would also discuss how the ACC also excelled in the regular season.

I still don't understand how Auburn (especially Auburn) and Tennessee can rank so highlyFor whole season, SEC may have been better ..... look at Power Rankings at bottom of

The SEC Power Rankings will go down to start the season next year since they weren't as good this year as they were the year before. The JHowell rankings don't care about Disney stock value.
I am with you 100%. I don't get itI still don't understand how Auburn (especially Auburn) and Tennessee can rank so highly
Or Ol Miss? I'm sure they are ranked somewhere as the best 7 loss team in CFB.I still don't understand how Auburn (especially Auburn) and Tennessee can rank so highly
