Watching the Ole Miss-Arkansas game and am intrigued by Ole Miss’s passing game. They’ve had several long passes for touchdowns with coverage varying from wide open to tightly covered. Is our lack of these type plays a scheme thing or a talent issue or a combination?

Looks like unsurprisingly Duke’s defense wasn’t what it looked like against their initial soft schedule.

Miami doing the Miami comeback thing once again.

It's hard to believe, but Arkansas beat Tennessee.

Duke’s defense is good, Miami’s offense is better. Duke didn’t help their defense any by turning it over 4 times either. This is the 5th game Miami has put up 50+ points, and the 6th the scored 40+. The fewest points they’ve scored all year was 36 against FSU.

For Tech to compete we can’t turn the ball over or settle for FGs. Have to score touchdowns when we get opportunities, and need some explosive plays. Miami is going to put up points no matter how well the defense plays, we have to be able to score with them.

Vandy (6-3) is bowl eligible, with a win over Auburn (3-6). Auburn needs to go undefeated against LA Monroe, #10 Texas A&M, and #14 Bama to make a bowl.

1st time Vandy has beaten Alabama and Auburn in the same season since 1955.

Does that include GT as part of the soft schedule? We scored 24 points with 14 coming in the last 11 minutes. Miami's offense is by far the best we will have faced so far and there is no close 2nd!

GT put up 400 yards and almost 250 on the ground. We’ve obviously seen many defenses stop GT’s running game - IMO that tells you something about how soft the offenses Duke played before that were. They don’t have the level of physicality some other defenses do. SMU nearly put up 500 yards themselves.

The only game in their last 4 where they allowed <400 yards was FSU and we all know how bad that offense has gotten.
