Yeah but Florida A&Ms RPI on its own is 235.

Auburn + Coastal Carolina's RPI combined is 76

Also, idk how they got 74 for the Louisville region...
Illinois St RPI: 26
Indiana RPI:36
UIC RPI: 189

That totals 251
Clearly that was miscalculated.

When you have 3 very low RPIs and then one incredibly high one - that makes for a very difficult regional in my opinion. Sucks for FAMU, but any of the other 3 can win.

Coastal Carolina scored 80 runs in their conference tournament. Let that sink in LOL. They also beat NC State and Clemson this year.

Auburn scored 9 runs in the SEC Tournament. They went 15-21 in Q1 games.

THE FAVORITES

GEORGIA TECH

Dude you need to know: Kyle McCann, C

The Yellow Jackets lost to North Carolina in the ACC title game, but they still emerged as the No. 3 national seed. Head coach Danny Hall rightfully earned conference coach of the year honors for getting his kinda lost and forgotten program back on the path to return to its Nomar Garciaparra/Jason Varitek/ Mark Teixeira glory days, eras that he also coached through. Thankfully, school administrators gave him the time to find his way back to national prominence after not having hosted a regional in nearly a decade or visited Omaha since 2006.
WHO WILL ADVANCE TO THE CWS?
UCLA
Vanderbilt
Mississippi State
East Carolina
Oklahoma State
Arkansas
Georgia Tech
LSU

All joking aside about Georgia not making the list - they do host FSU, Mercer, and FAU. FAU is a 40-win team and FSU boasts a resume that includes beating NC State by 11 runs, beating Louisville by 11 runs, beating Wake Forest by 11 runs, beating Virginia by 12 runs, sweeping Clemson (including winning 1 game by 14 runs)...and sweeping Mercer strangely enough. FSU is the kind of team that if they get hot at the right time can actually play decent baseball. And they are only the 3 best team in that regional after FAU and Georgia.
