LSU and Georgia could finish 12-1. Alabama 11-1.

We need Ohio State or Minnesota to finish 13-0. We need Clemson to finish 13-0. And Oklahoma or Baylor. Could be a sneaky good SEC lockout.

You’re dreaming. Look how disrespected Clemson is at #5? The defending champs are undefeated and will just now reach the top 4, because two $EC teams above them played each other. They are the favored conference and schedules don’t matter. Sure DRad set up Charlotte and Woffird, he typically does that every Fall. Texas A&M was the marquee game, with USC their rival match. Most AD’s do the same thing.

Music City Bowl: Louisville vs Mississippi State

Sun Bowl: Virginia Tech vs Washington

Independence Bowl: North Carolina vs Tulane

Birmingham Bowl: Boston College vs Temple

The SEC has a shortage of winning teams and Missouri wont be able to go bowling because of NCAA Probation so the Liberty Bowl,Independence Bowl and Texas Bowl will have to invite non SEC teams.

You forgot Utah & Oregon. They each will be pretty heavy favorites to win out. Setting up Pac12 CG with them both at 11-1. That winner gets in to a playoff.

I can't see committee letting Alabama in. They just have not played a difficult schedule by SEC standards. & just lost THE game that was against an elite team. They get a shot if a number of upsets happen in B1G & Pac12 or Clemson loses.

VPI mauled WF 36-17. Clemson will handle Wake, ‘Cocks and UVA. Too strong.
Duke really folded their season up vs. Irish. ACC not much parity, I’m disappointed.

Clemson, LSU, Minn., Oregon.
I’m thinking Ohio St., Baylor, Oklahoma, Utah, will lose out at some point.

Justin Fuente has saved his job and Virginia Tech will destroy Kentucky in the Music City Bowl

Ah come on now, How can it even be called a playoff without Bama and Nick Satan?
They just proved they're within 1 TD of the best in the country - Nothing like a good rematch!
I think bama will beat out other 1 loss teams
1)LSU
2)Ohio St
3)Clemson
4)Alabama

Current rankings:
1) LSU (9-0)
2) Ohio State (9-0)
3) Clemson (10-0)
4) Alabama (8-1)
5) Georgia (8-1)
6) Oregon (8-1)
7) Minnesota (9-0)
8) Utah (8-1)
9) Penn State (8-1)
10) Oklahoma (8-1)
11) Florida (8-2)
12) Baylor (9-0)
13) Auburn (7-2)

We really need Auburn to win at home against Georgia this coming weekend.

Putting Minnesota behind Georgia and Oregon is disrespect. Its basically saying they're going to ignore actual wins and losses and just insist that on paper Georgia and Oregon are better. Georgia lost at home to South Carolina who lost at home to Appalachian State.

Oregon and Baylor haven't really played anybody, so I would put Baylor behind all the 1 loss teams, and I would put Oregon behind all the good 2 loss teams. The only decent team Oregon played was Auburn and they lost, so why are they several spots ahead of them.

If the poll were mine to select, I would do:
1) LSU (9-0)
2) Ohio State (9-0)
3) Clemson (10-0)
4) Minnesota (9-0)
5) Alabama (8-1)
6) Penn State (8-1)
7) Oklahoma (8-1)
8) Georgia (8-1)
9) Utah (8-1)
10) Baylor (9-0)
11) Florida (8-2)
12) Auburn (7-2)
13) Oregon (8-1)

This won't be the way it ends, but for now I think fair is fair until someone loses more games.
