I’m glad you took our Jackets out of the Bowl talk. I chose to work the Clemson game yesterday and give my tickets to a friend. Can’t see us having a chance in 3 of the next 4. Hope I’m wrong! Not even sure if we will beat NC St., if LJ is out and Owens.

I think GT will be ready to go Bowling again in 2021;) I think GT beats NCSU and that's it for the rest of 2019:grumpy:

I think your 2-SEC team prediction makes sense. If LSU or Alabama goes 11-1 and their only loss was to the SEC team that goes to the SEC Championship, and wins, I think it’s actually fair. Those are 2 GOOD teams. We just need Georgia to lose 1 more BEFORE the SEC Championship. I don’t trust people and if Georgia goes 11-1 and then beats LSU or Alabama in the championship, I could see both teams who played the championship being put in. And if other teams keep stumbling they could even do all 3. They would put 1-loss SEC teams in over 1-loss P5 teams...and over 2-loss non-P5 teams.

There is still a pretty decent chance that all 5 P5 Champions have 0 or 1 loss. If 2 SEC teams get in... that would mean TWO P5 1-loss champs on the outside. I can't see that happening. I am strongly hoping for these champs for the chaos around the committee to ensue:
ACC: Clemson (undefeated)
SEC: Ala or LSU (0 or 1 loss)
Pac12: Utah or Oregon (1 loss)
B1G: OSU or PSU or Minn (0 or 1 loss)
B12: Oklahoma (1 loss)

I left Baylor out... I assume they will not win out.
I left UGA out... because TO HELL WITH GEORGIA!

It would be cool to see Ohio State lose to Michigan and Alabama lose to LSU and Auburn along with UGAG losing by 20+ to LSU in the SECCG;):D

I could see the LSU-Bama loser finishing 11-1. UGa as well. Then if UGa upset the LSU-Bama winner, then UGa and the LSU-Bama winner would both be 12-1. That's 3 teams from the SEC all arguing for slots with only one loss among themselves.

Heck, I would see Penn State finishing 11-1 after losing to Ohio State (only) and OSU finishing 12-1 with a win in the Big Ten title game and an upset somewhere...

Then you could have 1 loss winners in each of the other P-5 conferences, and Clemson undefeated.

Talk about arguments!

It seems like Missouri usually gets shutout when they lose to the Mutts. Tonight was no exception.
