The articles I read said he was staying at Oregon that certainly is way different!

To be fair, those articles were probably written by a game names P. Knight.

Seriously though, it sounded like a done deal that he was staying at ORE which surprised me. That link I posted basically says, if the meteor doesn't strike today, he's probably taking the FSU gig.

Not sure how UT fans would feel about Kendall Briles due to his association with the Baylor/Art Briles situation in Waco, but I'd hire Brent Venables as HC and hire Kendall Briles from Florida Atlantic to run the offense. Briles can flat out coach offense, and he's a big reason why Lane Kiffen had a lot of offensive success this year. Say what you want about Art Briles, but that man's offense can put up points fast, and is explosive. Kendall would just be an extension of his father. Venables defense plus that offense will win a LOT of games in the SEC.
