No doubt in my mind were going to be better than last year. I see Lammers making a big jump with his midrange j and adding a little more range. Okogie's going to make a big jump from his fresh to soph year. Tadric is going to be Tadric but a better version this year. Only issue is depth but luckily we have 3 guys who are going to play big minutes so we only need 7-8 guys really. The players we lost last year although played hard are being upgraded with more talented players even if they are younger. The shooting is going to be wayyyy better. The shootings young but def cant be worse. Not possible. Think Alvarado is going to me major upgrade at point and that will be huge for us. So ready to see us where the defense has to respect all 5 guys out there as a threat to score, and not sag 5 feet off 2 of the 5 guys and clog the driving lanes and the post.

I am less than convinced that a freshman Alvarado will be better than a senior Heath. Hope to be proven wrong. That being said I think we will better appreciate Heath as time goes along.

Georgia Tech released the entirety of its pre-ACC schedule Monday, a 12-game slate that includes four games against power-conference opponents. That includes rival Georgia (in Athens Dec. 19) and the Yellow Jackets’ season opener in Shanghai against UCLA Nov. 11.

The two other power-conference teams that the Jackets will face in coach Josh Pastner’s second season are Tennessee (Dec. 3 at McCamish Pavilion) and Northwestern, Tech’s opponent in the ACC/Big Ten Challenge (Nov. 28 at McCamish).

Seven of the other eight games will be at McCamish also, including four in Tech’s Ramblin’ Wreck Showcase, an “exempt” event that counts four games as one against the NCAA limit of 31. The Jackets will play Bethune-Cookman (Nov. 19), Texas-Rio Grande Valley (Nov. 22), North Texas (Nov. 24) and Grambling State (Dec. 1) as part of that event. This event was previously reported in April by the AJC.

The Georgia game will be one of four between final exams and the start of the ACC schedule. Tech also plays Florida A&M (Dec. 17), Wright State (Dec. 22) and Coppin State (Dec. 27). Tech will have a road game at Wofford Dec. 6, the final segment of a two-for-one series with the Terriers. The Jackets are playing the third of a four-game series with Tennessee.

It doesn't sound right for OOC games. Usually, there should be some sort of ticket pack before then.

Usually, they sell full seasons, then ACC, then like a choose 3.
