I accidentally posted this in the ND category. Meant it for the BC game.

Great win! It was nice to watch the past few games with Tech being in control the entire time. I am so proud of the work Souare has put it. I love his energy out there. Blocked several shots and throws it down on the other end. Guys are really coming together. Missed free throws was the only thing I was frustrated with today.

You seem to have the magic touch. We’re playing great.
That was a dunk on BC’s attendance for what it’s worth but I know it came across like them taking over our arena. There were a few BC fans there but nothing that turned the home court advantage towards them.

Speaking of ND, Cadeau just had a four point play with 4.8 seconds left to win the game by 1 against them.
Saw that highlight. Should make for an interesting Micah Shrewsberry post-game conference. Such a pleasant guy. See his post GT game conference for a true personality reveal. Poor Matt Alocco, who committed that foul. Shrewsberry will find a punishment, just short of execution by firing squad

McCollum can really shoot the ball. Want him on the foul line with a small lead and opponent having to foul. He is money. One of the best pure shooters I can recall the last few years. The team is definitely playing much better now on both ends. Maybe it's the opponents, but impressive wins.

Opponents may play a part, but I think getting McCollum back is huge. When Reeves and O’Brien get healthy, it will be interesting to see the rotation.

Actually, as more of a casual fan….I don’t know….
Doryan Onwuchekwa left the team after the Northwestern game. I think the schedule has eased up to some degree but it could also be an addition-by-subtraction situation, no doubt. CDS has talked before about DO's combativeness with coaches and teammates.

Btw I am expecting a massive turnout from students for Thursday's WBB against VT. I think our men's team will benefit from the new basketball interest among our students. Going to be an awesome ACC season for both teams...sucks that our men had to blow through 30% of the home schedule before students were even back on campus.

Duncan Powell is dripping with potential. I said it in the ND game thread, but his versatility will get him a look in the G League at least. Reminds me a lot of PJ Tucker. We’re a better team when he’s on the court.

I always liked Dunc's energy but he won my heart with this steal on Cooper Flagg during our 11-2 run. I don't normally sit this close but I'm the guy in the gold sweater behind the bench and had an upfront-and-personal view of him egging on Cooper Flagg's iso before the steal. Super cool GTBB memory for me.

Even today, you know he wants the crowd engaged. It dials him up to another level.

Career 90% FT shooter. One of the best all time at that!
