Does the AD hire need to be first? Does the football coach need to be picked by the next AD or do we get who we can get now even if we don’t have an AD in place yet?
Yes, but if anything the NFL will spit you out even faster. They don’t keep guys in the league that they think can’t hack it even if they were good in college like your list above. Yet he’s still in the league for a reason.
I guess, but he’s going on his second decade as a coach in the NFL when half of the list above has a bunch of guys who couldn’t hack it in the NFL and ended up back in the college game.
Infuriating not that we lost, but it's like CGC plays scared. Guess what? We lost anyways even playing conservative, and no it wasn't close in the end.
Don't take the 10 second runoff and see if you can get a field or anything out of it. How about Coach does what his job is which I hope...
If you look at this it feels like GT got the shaft. They got everyone else good, and then used us to fill in. Why not have FSU drop Cuse and we drop Lou and play FSU instead?
Nobody wants to play the old Big Least teams unless it’s maybe Miami.
So supposedly some 5 star QB out of Cali got an 8 million dollar NIL deal to go to Tenn right up the road from GT.
At some point you have to wonder if this is truly sustainable.
One reality is only 11 guys per team get on the field at a time. Plus only so many guys are “starters”. To look at the UGA situation another way they had guys leave cause they wanted to play.
The lesser P5 NIL schools might luck out purely based on guys wanting playing time. That’s like one...
He just seems like he knows wtf he is doing. Not saying it’ll work out, but you never got a good sense with our last OC in this regard.
Win so far in my book. He’s also been at big time P5 football before so this ain’t his first rodeo.
