Agree on this one. That stand proved critical to being in position to win the national championship. Tiggle absolutely stoned the Clemson back when he filled the hole. My friend at the game with me yelled so loud on this play that he lost his voice for days.
Also a key stand that year...
The Mexican soccer league is the only professional sports league I am aware of that has not suspended play. Not sure if there are lines on their games.
How many home games in our history have had a finish like that? The point is that if you don't attend, you could miss a historic game. Is that likely? No. But there are many games that come down to the last series, and when they occur, you can feel the tension in the air. I'd put the UVA...
It looks like he's mentally playing too fast on the offensive end, almost spazzing out when he shoots. That brick he threw up on the foul line jumper was shocking. What's the old John Wooden saying? "Play fast, but don't hurry"? He looks to be hurrying. If he could slow his mind down a bit...

Agree about not liking Thursday night home games...
A loss is a loss. We will always be in a P5 conference and they always be in a G5, so it won't gain them anything if they beat us. Just a little embarrassing, but not as embarrassing as losing at home to the Citadel.
I find the hand wringing on this thread to be astonishing. People are more concerned about playing Georgia State than they are about playing Alabama.
