The polo is a weird fit for me. Especially with the sleeves. Extremely tight in the arms for me. I’ve had both since last year, and the hoodie is one of my favorites in terms of comfort.

Well I know they are the Swingman jerseys, but at retail that’s all we usually ever get. I don’t recall adidas ever selling anything close to an authentic basketball jersey for us at retail.

This is more or less how I feel. I’ve come to the conclusion that the season is likely all but over with the way positive cases are impacting more and more games each week. I don’t really see how football finishes, and how basketball really even ever starts.

Remember, the AA of each school has input and approval of all uniform designs...so we really need to be blaming GT for any unis we don’t like. Adidas just makes/offers whatever the AA wants or approves.

I wonder if the men’s blue “GT” jersey was originally supposed to have gold at the arms and neck. The early release/samples on eBay had it, with a different GT (white fill with gold outline). Looks better to me. I guess this could still also be an alternate, as it appears ready for retail with...

It’s been discussed in this thread and others, but the black watch replica jerseys didn’t have GT on them anywhere, as the original Black Watch didn’t either.

Mine did the same...got delayed, said it wasn’t going to be delivered before Saturday so I could wear it to the game, and then today updated saying out for delivery. Haven’t gotten it yet, but as soon as I do (if I do), I’ll post pics.

Guess it’s just a matter of opinion/style. I’ve never seen it as something to do beyond childhood/teenage years, or on game days. But then my causal attire is probably far less casual than that of many people.

I still don’t fully understand grown men wearing jerseys away from sporting events, but to each their own. But maybe a GT cap with the jersey would help with the “branding”?

Yeah, I’m not sure I understand the big deal some are making about this one not having a GT logo...the original didn’t, and where else would this be worn other than a GT game, which, as you state, makes it pretty clear what it’s for/what team it is. This IS a throwback jersey, and I can see...

I have a feeling you’re correct with this. I truly believe these are supposed to be as close to the original jerseys as possible. Hence the “throwback” name. As far as I can tell, all the other black Adidas jerseys released this week are totally new designs.
