  1. ACC Tourney

i have some concern as well. lots of positive press for the jackets lately. hopefully our kids stay grounded
  2. Cory Alexander

Exactly. The Duke game was the biggest game of the year. Everyone came out tight except Moses.
  3. GT vs Wake, Friday 3/5, 8 PM, ACCN

Great win. For everyone whining about how we did not look our best— not sure if folks realize how hard it is to win 6 ACC games in a row. Pretty sure no other team did that this year.
  4. GT vs Wake, Friday 3/5, 8 PM, ACCN

I meant ACC. In any event, my point was simply let’s not get overconfident.
  5. GT vs Wake, Friday 3/5, 8 PM, ACCN

Uhh...we were winless on the road this year until we beat Miami.
  6. Duke @ GT Tues Mar 2nd @ 8PM ACCN

Dude deserves an extension. GT has gotten better every year. And next year may be a step back but not for long.
  7. Duke @ GT Tues Mar 2nd @ 8PM ACCN

agree. In general, seems like lately, we have seen much more of Khalid (and less of Bubba).
  8. Jordan Usher is a beast.

Usher is crushing it statistically but one thing you can’t quantify is his impact on team energy. His energy is contagious. You just see it coming. A steal and sprint out, or Jose and Usher making eye contact on a forth coming alley oop. Makes you get up out of your seat in anticipation. He can...
  9. Duke @ GT Tues Mar 2nd @ 8PM ACCN

If no pandemic, thriller dome would be rocking! I’m thinking GT/UNC level circa 2004. Miss those days.
  10. Syracuse @ Georgia Tech, Saturday February 27th @ 12pm

What frustration? He came on the court on the first play of the game, and it was a good non call. The cuse defender stuck his leg out.
  11. Georgia Tech @ Miami, 12pm Saturday February 20th

I only figured out how to watch in the second half (thanks to someone on here's great idea of using VPN) but at that point, we were up 30+ points and there was plenty of opportunity to have Kyle playing with the core crew. The main player I am worried about is Jose. He has played crazy heavy...
  12. Georgia Tech @ Miami, 12pm Saturday February 20th

only complaint is it would've been nice to work subs in earlier. Not talking about Saba et al, but would've been nice to get Kyle / Rodney more minutes with our primary crew. dunno how many minutes alvarado and others played, but whatever it is, probably 5-7 minutes too many.
  13. Georgia Tech @ Miami, 12pm Saturday February 20th

same. YouTube TV sucks. ESPN has it blacked out. wtf.
  14. Georgia Tech @ Miami, 12pm Saturday February 20th

    Is usher going to play?
  15. GT Home Against Pittsburgh, Sunday February 14th @ 4pm

Good win. Any update on Jordan? Need him at full strength down the stretch.
  16. Transfer Kicker - Brent Cimaglia

Good get and impressive resume. Hopefully he wins the starting job. Would hate to see one of the younger kickers get the nod over him and destroy his confidence after a near perfect season.
  17. CPJ Tweet

This. And saying he is unproven is different than saying he is a bad coach. no one was expecting CGC to come out and field winning teams from the outset. And I agree that he did not have the players he needed when he got here. We can talk about talent until we are blue in the face but there...

^ When you can’t respond on the facts so you resort to insulting the other persons ability to understand football or general knowledge. Nicely done. Please tell us more about how much more you know than everyone else.
  19. CPJ Tweet

This is laughable. What does CPJ have anything to do with how good or bad CGC is as a defensive coach?
